We understand the importance of communication and client support and maintain a 16-working hour feedback policy. This ensures that any request or question received is answered within one business day. Our attention also goes to keeping you up-to-date on the status of your project, providing you with scheduled reports and updates.
Quality Assurance.
Quality is vitally important to the entire application development processes. Our own QA department provides a full-cycle quality assurance for any project. We have complete confidence in the quality of our work and we back it up with a 3-month warranty. We will promptly correct any problem at no charge within three months after installation of the completed software on your site. Of course, the warranty does not cover issues related to changes in website hosting, CMS versions, global (mis)-use of variables or browser version conflicts.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all copyrights are maintained by the SnippetShop / Lorinthe BV and are guarded under the law of the Netherlands and applicable European Union law. The optionally by the SnippetShop contracted third-parties agree to relinquish their copyrights for functionality or designs they provide to the SnippetShop and/or its clients.
Open Source
In the case of the application of Open Source software code, all parties respect the applicable open source licenses.
License
Delivery and applications of functionality is provided on a per domain-name basis. If a client desires the same snippet on another domain, they should submit a new implementation request on the SnippetShop.
