Confidentiality
During the term of our Agreement and for up to 6 years afterwards, the SnippetShop will use reasonable care to prevent the unauthorized use or dissemination of any confidential information you provide us with. Reasonable care means at least the same degree of care we use to protect our own confidential information from unauthorized disclosure.
Confidential information does not include information that is or becomes common knowledge or was provided to us earlier though other channels.
Security
For the implementation of a snippet on your website, it is ncessary to provide use with admin credetials of the CMS and the ftp server, so username and password. We will use these login details only for the benefit of implemting these. We encourage you to provide us with a limited time slot and change the passwords directly after our effort.
Paypall...Credit Cards
Unless specifically agreed in writing, we will never ask your original Credit Card details or Paypall account information. These details are for you to include after we install the Snippet. We will test the snippets before with our own.
