Snippet Request
The SnippetShop is able to work according to the highest quality standards by applying predictable and strict procedures for both the development, installation as well as the back office, like our accounts receivable. Both parties receive maximal assurance that the parties keep their promise and the results are delivered.

Request | After you send in a request via our Snippet-take-in-form, we first review the request to be complete and ask additional information by email if needed. |
| 2 | Work start |
If all proves be OK, the SnippetShop then acknowledges the order for the Snippet to you and designates a developer to working on it. At that time we also send you an (PDF) invoice by email. For projects larger than EUR 1000, so called "custom projects", we will write a functional system design. We email you this development proposal for you to review. If you decide to accept the proposal, we expect a signed copy in return. After we received your approval, we will invoice you 50%of the total quoted price and expect this invoice to be paid upfront. After reception of the fees, we start developing. For EU based companies we need full company name, address and VAT number. If you decide not to accept our proposal, we accept your decision and take full risk and charge nothing. However, we do require you to delete all copies of our design as they are copyright protected and can not be used other than for development by the SnippetShop |
| 3 | Demonstration of working Functionality | We install and configure the requested snippet on our own "staging site". You will receive notice that your new function is available and you can review it for a maximum of eight days |
| 4 | Payment | After eight days, or sooner if you let us know the snippet is OK, the total invoice becomes automatically payable. |
| 5 | Installation on your site | After we receive the money to be on our bank account, you will receive the developed snippet and installation instructions. Alternatively, the developer will install the function on your website as well against an standard hourly tariff |
| 6 | Feedback | When you have tested the functionality we would be happy to receive your feedback. This feedback improves our learning curve. |
Tweaking
After installation it might be that you would like to see minor things changed. In some cases we can do this for free. Sometimes, when the changes mean a complete “overhaul”, we would need to either perform a complete new implementation, or provide paid support services to get you where you need to be.
